REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your RainbowBows! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at rainbowbowscollection@gmail.com before sending any items back. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags ( if applicable )

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or a manufacturing issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you
  • RainbowBows will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
